Coronavirus

You agree to act in accordance with any social distancing guidelines below.

We recommend you bring a face mask to be worn when you enter communal areas on site, such as the toilets, or showers.

We recommend you bring a washing up bowl so you do not have to spend extended periods of time in our washing up room. You can fill the bowl with hot water in the washing up room, then return to your pitch to wash your dishes.

Bring your own sanitizer
Wash your hands regularly.

Cough or Sneeze into a tissue and bin the tissue immediately (if you do not have a tissue, sneeze or cough into the crook of your elbow).

Do not share crockery, cutlery, cups/glasses, towels or other items with other campers.

If you arrive on site and start to experience symptoms of a cough or fever, you must leave the site and return home immediately.

Customers will be informed of their pitch number on arrival, or by referring to our arrivals board.

Showers and toilets are open but with Coronavirus restrictions.

Play area will be closed until further notice.

General Terms & Conditions

Payment to be made in full on arrival.

Fires / BBQ’s
Open camp fires are not permitted on the campsite under any circumstances. Free standing BBQ’s and fire pits are allowed but MUST be off the ground. Disposable BBQ’s can be used with appropriate stands but must not be placed directly on the grass or any of the park benches/tables. Please request a block from reception to put your disposable BBQ or firepit on if you do not have a stand.

All fires/BBQs must be extinguished by 11pm.

No Fireworks to be set off on any part of the Park.

Noise
Please consider your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and no noise after 11pm and before 7am in the morning. We will not tolerate unacceptable levels of noise that disturbs others.

In the event of any unacceptable behaviour we reserve the right to ask you to leave the park.

No loud music is to be played at any time.

RULES FOR THE USE OF CERTIFICATED SITES BY MEMBERS

Arrivals
1. Members must report to the site owner before pitching and pay any site fees due, unless other arrangements have been made with the site owner.
2. Members must show their membership cards when requested to do so by the site owner.
3. Members must pitch where directed to by the site owner.

Departure
4. Members should vacate their pitch on the day of departure at the time requested by the site owner.
5. Vacated pitches must be left clear of all property and refuse.

On Site
6. Members must obey all instructions given by the site owner.
7. Members must dispose of rubbish, waster water and chemical waste as directed by the site owner.
8. All pets must be kept on a lead of no more than two metres.
9. Children should be supervised at all times.
10. Noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times. There should be no noise or vehicle movement whatsoever between 11pm and 7am.
11. Members may only use generators with the site owner’s permission.
12. Vehicle speed must be kept to 5mph at all times.
13. Camping units are not permitted to be left unoccupied overnight on a Certificated Site.
14. The use of gas cylinders, with a capacity greater than 15kg, is not recommended on Certificated Sites for supplying touring caravans, motorhomes or tents.
15. If a site owner feels that a member’s behaviour, or the behaviour of a member’s children or pets, is causing a nuisance, the owner is permitted to ask a member to cease the behaviour or leave the site.
